- We delete your account and profile within 30 days.
What we keep: the audit entries showing which records you viewed and when. Organizations are legally required to keep a history of who accessed health information.
Delete my record
- Face data: remove it yourself right now in the personal portal under Remove Biometrics. It’s deleted immediately.
- Your whole record: ask your school or employer, or email us. Your organization controls your record under health and education privacy law, so we confirm the request with them.
- We delete the record within 30 days of confirmation.
A parent or guardian can make this request for a child.
What gets deleted
